Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and do not bear interest. 

You agree that TekTrain are providing training and mentoring for continuing education, career advancement and professional development purposes and that due to the digital nature and accessibility of the program, along with the significant costs incurred by TekTrain in onboarding new clients, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes any 14-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind or decide to pursue a different direction, the sales remain final and non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Commencement of Terms

Payments are required for certain products/services, usually in advance. Contracts start upon receipt of cleared funds.

Support

Support is tiered and in the first instance ticket-based. We will use best endeavours to solve issues associated with course materials.

We only support the material within the programme, which excludes areas out of training scope or any 3rd Party Products or Services but will always help to try and identify issues so they can be directed to the correct place.

Termination

TekTrain may suspend or terminate your account for breach of terms, financial issues, inappropriate content and/or behaviour. You can terminate your contract in writing; confirmation is required.

Notices

Notices, including terminations, must be in writing in English and delivered personally or by registered post, deemed received 14 days after posting.

Our promise to you upon entry, whether paid or free, we provide full access to our training programmes, including group calls, support, and support groups, until your Certification Date, as long as you follow our advice and practices.

Signing an NDA for our programmes is mandatory.

You will have lifetime access to the online training portal of the TekTrain Academy. To gain the most benefit from our programs, you agree to: Follow program guidelines and our advice, maintain a positive and cooperative attitude. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation without refund if you become disruptive, abusive, or fail to follow the program guidelines.
